Casa Smitt is a liberty villa. It is entirely restructured and faces Piazza Belvedere, the heart of the pedestrian walkway in the centre of Alagna and 300 meters from the ski lifts.
The house has luminous apartments,each 65 m2 with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and spacious sunny balconies. The bathrooms have large showers.
The apartments contain everything needed and stocked with sheets and towels and implements needed for the kitchen as well as satellite TV. The house is surrounded by a large garden with ample space reserved for guests and children's' games.
The management of Casa Smitt is particularly careful where energy saving is concerned, and therefore only uses Eco friendly light bulbs, a waste separating system and have chosen to use re-usable items in the house.

Casa Smitt is particularly adapted for those who prefer an informal, young and family-like setting, who want the comforts of a rustic apartment in traditional local style, fashioned to the quality of life.
