Starting from the town of Alagna, passing through Piazza degli Alberghi, after a few meters you will find a bridge under the highway that crosses the Sesia river. Go over the bridge to Z'am Tachji. Here begins the snowy path and take the path that climbs to the left. Across the meadows you touch the hamlet of Ponte and then continue towards Pedemonte, seat of the Walser Museum. After removing the snowshoes, continuing along the oratory of San Nicolao, after about 30 meters you cross a bridge that leads to the hamlets of Uterio and San Nicolao.
