8:45 - Incontro al passo dei Salati con i delegati RUS che saliranno dalla Val d’Aosta (cabinovie da Staffal a Gabiet e poi da Gabiet a Passo dei Salati).
9:00 - Salita in funivia a Punta Indren (3275 m) e visita al Ghiacciaio di Indren con l’ausilio del CAI e delle Guide Alpine del Monte Rosa. Presentazione degli operatori glaciologici CGI e dei climatologi del progetto PNRR-NODES (Nord Ovest Digitale).
11:30 - Discesa a Passo dei Salati con Funifor, poi a piedi nel sottostante Altopiano di Cimalegna.
12:00 - Arrivo all’Osservatorio - Istituto Angelo Mosso (2912 m) fondato nel 1906 come laboratorio di fisiologia ad alta quota e ora nodo alpino Rete LTER Long Term Ecological Reserch Network.
12:15 - Conferenza Stampa RUS – CFC7 all’Istituto Mosso.
13:30 - Pranzo presso locale attrezzato di fronte all’Istituto Mosso.
14:30 - Inaugurazione e visita del Museo Angelo Mosso.

8:00 - Departure from Alagna Valsesia, ascent with Cable Car 32 from Alagna to Pianalunga, then with Funifor from Pianalunga to Passo dei Salati (elevation 2936 m).
8:45 - Meeting at Passo dei Salati with the RUS delegates coming up from the Aosta Valley (cable cars from Staffal to Gabiet and then from Gabiet to Passo dei Salati).
9:0 - Cable car ascent to Punta Indren (3275 m) and visit to the Indren Glacier with the support of CAI and the Alpine Guides of Monte Rosa. Presentation by CGI glaciological operators and climatologists of the PNRR-NODES project (North-West Digital).
11:30 - Descent to Passo dei Salati with Funifor, then on foot across the underlying Cimalegna Plateau.
12:00 - Arrival at the Angelo Mosso Institute Observatory (2912 m), founded in 1906 as a high-altitude physiology laboratory and now an alpine node of the LTER Long Term Ecological Research Network.
12:15 - RUS – CFC7 Press Conference at the Mosso Institute.
13:30 - Lunch at a local facility in front of the Mosso Institute.
14:30 - Inauguration and visit of the Angelo Mosso Museum.
