Baita Walser Reale offers generously sized studios (around 36 sqm) with 2, 4, or 6 beds, each featuring a kitchenette and a private bathroom. For more space, two-room apartments (48-55 sqm) are available, accommodating 4 to 6 guests with a kitchenette, living area, and bathroom.
This charming chalet is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday, blending practicality with a warm, informal atmosphere.

This prime location provides effortless access to both the ski slopes and the local attractions, making it perfect for an unforgettable mountain getaway.
Residence Baite Rosa offers spacious studios (approximately 35–40 sqm) sleeping 2 to 4 guests, as well as large one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 55 to 63 sqm, sleeping up to 5 or 6 guests. All units feature a kitchenette, a living room with satellite TV, and a bathroom with a large shower. One- and two-bedroom apartments are also equipped with an oven, while two-bedroom apartments additionally include a dishwasher.
Guests of Baite Rosa village can take advantage of complimentary parking (subject to availability) and a garage for an additional fee of €50 per week. Bed and bath linen are provided, and the property also features a shared laundry room and a ski room equipped with boot warmers.
The village is conveniently connected to the ski lifts by a free shuttle service. Additionally, guests can enjoy a wellness center (for a fee), open during the high season, for total relaxation.
