Alpine Yoga Monterosa

Alpine Yoga Monterosa is a blend of mountainous nature and the practice of Odaka Yoga, a dynamic and innovative style of yoga that combines the principles of bodily biomechanics with the circularity and fluidity of martial arts movements.

The natural rhythms and movements of the ocean are replicated by the human body through a wave movement that extends and expands from the core, creating space in each joint movement and facilitating muscular and mental balance. Vital energy freely expressed through the body, a fusion of elements that works in-depth on the connective tissue and is designed to dissolve both physical and emotional tensions.

Alpine Yoga Monterosa also offers Balanced Body Method Pilates classes, American school (and well-known machine manufacturer) world-wide recognised. Balanced Body offers a state-of-the-art, stimulating and high-quality method with programs and continuous updates based on the latest scientific studies related to Pilates discipline and movement science.

Our courses are for both residents and tourists, who can take part in classes by making a reservation without need for a subscription. From Monday to Friday in Borgosesia, Saturday and holidays in Alagna Valsesia.

Alpine Yoga Monterosa was set up in Valsesia by Laura Caratti, Odaka Yoga Teacher, and EFOA University Hatha Yoga Certificated, Pilates Instructor Balanced Body Method, Reiki Usui Certified.

Participating in #outdoor classes following your walks in the uncontaminated nature of #valsesia will help you regain flexibility, joint openness and psychophysical balance.

In addition, practicing #Yoga improves sports performance! Numerous trail running, free-climbing and mountain biking athletes include the practice of Yoga in their preparation, with the aim of reintegrating and harmonizing the body and the emotional part.
