The Panoramaweg is a scenic hiking trail at the foot of Monte Rosa, in the heart of the Valsesia Alps. It starts at the Acqua Bianca area (1,495 m) and winds for 11.4 km with an elevation gain of 775 m, reaching a maximum altitude of 2,270 m. The route traverses pristine alpine landscapes, old military roads, and mountain pastures such as Fonkegno, Flua and Vigne Superiore, offering spectacular views of the south face of Monte Rosa and Punta Grober.
In case of storms or very high temperatures with the zero-degree isotherm above 4000m, watercourses can swell, making crossing difficult.
