Lo Yoga is a philosphy, a daily walk, a good discipline, a sublime way to improve our being in the world.

It is an ancient culture compared to an alpine tradition which stems from the union between the landscape and your soul.

We have made it our passion to make sure that yoga is present in every moment of life and above all in every moment when in contact with nature. During our Snow Yoga sessions we unite the attitude of a yoga lesson with the marvelous mountain environment as we slowly move into the depths of the movement. Practicing yoga before and after skiing in winter, helps your body to manage the fatigue, improving performance and releasing the fatigue during relaxing. This is why we suggest ad hoc yoga lessons during ski trips and events and we also arrange seasonal courses.
