Embark on a three-day alpine adventure in the heart of the Monte Rosa massif, leave behind the daily routine, and focus on your new mountaineering goal. Summit six peaks towering over 4000 meters: Pyramide Vincent (4215 m), Corno Nero (4321 m), Ludwigshöhe (4342 m), Punta Parrot (4435 m), Punta Zumstein (4563 m), and Punta Gnifetti, home to the iconic Capanna Margherita (4554 m) – the highest refuge in Europe.

Ski touring course weekend in monte Rosa area to learn how to move safely and confidently.

You will learn how to organize and chose the perfect trip for you, how to skin, avalanche self-rescue and we will learn together about topography, snow science, training and materials. 2 days runs between Alagna and Gressoney to discover the best ski alp areas

The ski touring course is aimed at people who already have a good traditional skiing technique.
Path will be chosen according to snow conditions.

This course will take place with minimum 5 partecipants.

The normal route of Gran Paradiso represents a fascinating and accessible ascent that opens the doors to mountaineering without involving excessive difficulty, with the goal of reaching a prestigious peak over 4,000 meters. This itinerary is suitable for all those who wish to embark on their first high-altitude experience. The ascent to the summit provides the opportunity to explore the rich and captivating Gran Paradiso National Park, with its diverse alpine fauna, and to enjoy the hospitality offered by Rifugio Chabod.

Difficulty: PD- some mountaineering difficulties on rock or snow, rock or ice slopes up to 34-40°. Technically not difficult glacier hike, but followed by an exposed snowy ridge.
Ascent time: approximately 5 hours
Elevation gain: approximately 890 meters


"The King of Stone", that's what Monviso is called, the highest peak in the Cottian Alps. The ascent of Monviso is an alpine challenge characterized by a significant elevation and exposed sections on rocky terrain, technically manageable witha good fitness level.

Let yourself be amused by every moment of this climb, by its magnificent surroundings and the ever-changing landscape that gradually unfolds, offering breathtaking views from the Lower Piedmont plain to the entire Alpine range.
