Dairy Alta Valsesia, founded in Piode in 1956 by a group of local farmers, specializes in collecting locally produced milk and transforming it into fresh cheeses and aged cheeses. Among our finest products stands out the renowned Toma Valsesia. Over the years, we have expanded our production to include artisan yogurt, fresh cream, and high-quality butter. Our products are available at our company store in Piode, located in Via Varallo 5, and, since May 2023, we also opend in the central square of Riva Valdobbia, where we offer a selection of essential goods and local specialties.
